Contractor shall provide construction services to repair the damaged stormwater drain line at the main entrance of the El Paso VA main Clinic. This project will provide for construction of utilities services and finishes necessary in the designated locations for concrete demolition with excavation to locate & repair the existing damaged drain line. A site survey is to be conducted to obtain the estimated horizontal and vertical location of the existing drain line. The work shall include, but not limited to, all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment and permits necessary to provide for the removal of the existing concrete, rebar, soil, repair existing drain line, reattaching repaired drain line to existing stormwater system, backfill soil with proper compaction, patching & painting of concrete including the concrete curve. Also, if necessary, repair the existing asphalt road affected by this project. A site visit is proposed for 9/23/22 at 10:30 MT. RFIs are due by 9/26/22. All quotes should be received by 9/27/2022 at 2pm. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $16.5M. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. The Government may also evaluate recent and relevant past performance, based upon sources available to the contracting officer that may include Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) and Electronic Subcontract Reporting System (eSRS).
