The LeFlore County Hospital Authority is seeking sealed bids for the repair/replacement of multiple roof section of Eastern Oklahoma Medical Center (EOMC) located at 105 Wall Street Poteau, OK. 74953. The project includes recovering approximately 18,600 square feet (+/-) of exiting built up roofing and sheet metal flashing The successful bidder will be notified by October 19, 2022, by telephone. The successful bidder must be licensed as a Commercial Roofing Contractor by the State of Oklahoma and will be required to provide a Payment and Performance Bond. The LeFlore County Hospital Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The work to be performed under this specification shall include but is not limited to the following: Attend necessary job meetings and furnish competent and full time supervision, experienced roof mechanics, all materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete, in an acceptable manner, the roof installation in accordance with this specification. Comply with the latest written application instructions of the manufacturer of the primary roofing products. In addition, application practice shall comply with requirements and recommendations contained in the latest edition of the Handbook of Accepted Roofing Knowledge (HARK) as published by the National Roofing Contractor's Association, amended to include the acceptance of a phased roof system installation.
