Site work for a golf course in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
Project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed. Project consists of: The Audubon Golf Course will be renovated to include all new greens, tees and irrigation. The course will receive two new water features, one at hole two and another hole twelve. All of the cart paths will be replaced with concrete or asphalt. The base bid will include USGA Greens. A short course, short game and driving range will be added to the course. All other improvements are listed within the Bid Documents. This project will not require Builder’s risk insurance. Additionally, this project is not tax exempt.
