Scope of Work : The work of this project includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the approximately 850 linear feet of six (6) high chain-link fence, with barb wire and fence fabric, including twenty-four (24) foot wide rolling access gate, twenty-four (15) foot wide rolling access gate, and eight (8) foot wide split swing gate, depicted in the attached drawing. Bidders shall be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors. The Contractor and his Subcontractor(s), if any shall comply with all applicable revisions of the prevailing wage rate schedule as required under Chapter 104 HRS No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: cash, a cahier's check, or a certified check on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or a bidder's bond executed by an approved surety insurer, made payable to the Director of Finance in the manner, form, and amount required by Section 103D-323 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes.
