Emergency Operation Center (Architectural Services) Webb County is requesting Statement of Qualifications from qualified Architectural Firms for the design of an Emergency Operation Center (EOC) approximately 1,750 square feet, the preparation of construction documents for bid document, and construction administration throughout the duration of the project. Submittals will be considered from those firms demonstrating expertise and design of Emergency Management Centers and/or other similar public safety facility renovation projects. This solicitation will comply with the State of Texas Professional Services Act and with the Code of Federal Regulations WEBB COUNTY reserves the right to reject any and all RFQ, to waive informalities in the RFQ process, or to terminate the RFQ process at any time, if deemed in the best interest for WEBB COUNTY. In addition, WEBB COUNTY shall not, under any circumstances, be bound by or be liable for any obligations with respect to this public solicitation until such time (if at all) a professional service agreement has been awarded and all approvals obtained in form and substance satisfactory to the WEBB COUNTY have been executed and authorized by the WEBB COUNTY Commissioners Court, and then only to the extent of such fully executed agreements.
