The City of Ames is accepting bids from qualified contractors for annual and semi-annual inspection and preventative maintenance of a CAT Model 3512 Generator located at the Ames Water Treatment Plant, 1800 E. 13th Street, Ames, IA. The contract term will be January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 with up to two (2) additional one year terms. Question Cutoff Date: 10/7/2022 06:00 PM (ET) All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
