The successful Contractor shall provide asphalt concrete pavement material to the City of Portland's Bureau of Parks and Recreation conforming to the requirements of Exhibit B - Scope of Work, Exhibit C - PBOT's Technical Specifications, Exhibit D - ODOT's Construction Section, Qualified Products List - July 2021, and Exhibit E - ODOT's publication "Standard Construction Specifications for Asphalt Concrete Materials - "2020", referenced and incorporated herein. The product will be used for the City of Portland or any other government agency doing business with the City of Portland. All orders shall include an original packing list directly from the shipper. The awarded Contractor shall provide a primary point of contact and a secondary point of contact who is responsible for ensuring timely and satisfactory service under the terms and conditions of the resulting Price Agreement. At least one (1) of these individuals shall be available at all times. Their cell phone number(s) and e-mail addresses shall be provided to the Citys Project Manager. Bids may be withdrawn in writing on company letterhead signed by an authorized representative and received by the Procurement Services prior to bid closing time. Bids may also be withdrawn in person before bid closing time upon presentation of appropriate identification. Sealed bids must be received and time-stamped by Procurement Services prior to bid due time on the bid due date. Late bids will not be considered for award.
