Project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed. PURPOSE: Eastland County's intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting contract is to obtain proposals from and the services of a qualified contractor with sufficient experience to perform requested work. Questions regarding the specifications should be addressed to Commissioner Ronnie Wilson by telephone at 254-643-2532. The initial term of the contract shall be for a sixty-day period with estimated start date of October 24, 2022, and completion date of December 22, 2022. Meet delivery or completion schedules, or 2. Otherwise perform in accordance with the accepted proposal. Within 10 days after the acceptance of the Proposal and prior to commencement of work, the Proposer shall furnish a performance bond to the county for the full amount of the contract.
