Demolition, site work and addition to a medical facility in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 190,000-square-foot, five-story above grade medical facility; and for the demolition of a medical facility.
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform all work associated with the Clinical Services Building Tender Package #01 (TPB#01) - Civil, Foundation, Structure & Elevator for the Cape Breton Regional Hospital (CBRH) Clinical Services Addition project, which consists of civil, foundation, concrete building structure, and elevators work for a Stipulated Price Contract, per trade package, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Clinical Services Building construction site is located between Regional Hospital Boulevard and Martha's Boulevard in Sydney Nova Scotia, behind the existing CBRH.
