Site work for a water / sewer project in Shawneetown, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For Route 13 West Sanitary Sewer Crossing CIPP Repair The Procurement will be subject to regulations contained in the procedures for, the Act Regulating Wages in Illinois (820 ILCS 130), and the Illinois Preference Act (30 ILCS 570). Bidders are also required to comply with the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in 41 CFR 60-4. The submission of a proposal or bid by the Offeror in response to this IFB or RFP constitutes an acknowledgment of and an agreement by the Offeror that it understands and will comply with the Act Regulating Wages in Illinois (820 ILCS 130), and Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act. A Payment and Performance Bond is required in connection with this project, said Bonds shall specifically provide that the Principal must pay all sums of money due or to become due for any labor in accordance with the Act Regulating Wages in Illinois (820 ILCS 130).
