Streator Township High School District #40 The Board of Education of Streator Township High School District #40, LaSalle County, will receive bids for the 2023 MECHANICAL SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENTS - PRE-PURCHASE project. Project consists of, but not necessarily limited to, the pre-purchase of manufactured mechanical Unit Ventilators (UV) and associated materials and accessories as identified in the Contract Documents, and delivery to second party contractors for installation under subsequent contracts over two consecutive years. Mechanical equipment submittals are to be included with the bid and include manufacturer's product data and literature, warranty information, size and configuration of unit, and mounting weights. Potential bidders may contact Alan Crovetti, GreenAssociates, Inc. at acrovetti@greenassociates.com for further information. Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond, AIA Document A310 in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid and all Additive Alternates. The Board of Education, Streator Township High School District #40, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the District. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois law by contractors working on public funded projects, and bidders must comply with Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunities Laws.
