Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Lincoln Public Service District (PSD), Alum Creek, West Virginia, is in the process of selecting a Project Architect engineer to provide certain architectural engineering services for various water system improvements, including but not limited to, study and evaluate alternatives for upgrading or replacing the water treatment plant, repair or replacement of existing water tanks, construction of new water tanks for the system, repair and r replacement of the distribution system and all associated appurtenances thereto, evaluation of the possibility of future extensions of the PSDs water distribution system, metering for the distribution system, a study of unaccounted for water. Professional services will include the following items: design of water system improvements, preparation of bidding and contract documents; participation in the solicitation and evaluation of bids; assistance in obtaining easements and other property if necessary; surveying and mapping; preparation of all necessary permit applications; construction administration and construction inspection. Procurement of said services shall be made in accordance with section 5G of the West Virginia State Code. Contracts are to be awarded on a lump sum ixed fee basis.
