Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Deforest, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
River Road - ABS to South Street Road Reconstruction - to include: the reconstruction of River Road (5,450 LF) including grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, base course, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, trail, concrete sidewalk, landscaping, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. a. Start Construction: Construction may not start prior to July 17, 2023. This project must be completed by November 15, 2023. Phase 1 must be completed prior to September 1, 2023. Once construction begins, work must progress in a continuous manner until completed. The pedestrian bridge must be completed no later than October 15, 2023. If the pedestrian bridge is not completed by September 1, the contractor will need to maintain traffic on River Road until the bridge is completed. b. Substantial Completion (HMA Paving): No later than November 1, 2023. Any paving after this date will require approval of the owner and engineer. c.
