Contract MISC-47-22 includes the furnishing of all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and/or materials to perform miscellaneous repairs, modifications, or new installations of heating, ventilating, air conditioning or boiler work throughout all CMCMUA Facilities. The work period for this Contract shall be from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Time and material work shall be reimbursed at the Unit Prices Bid and as specified herein. Lump sum work shall be paid at the lump sum prices bid in proportion to the level of completion throughout the year. The Authority reserves the right, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, to reject all bids as permitted by this Statute. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and of N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
