The City of Frisco is seeking the services of a professional consulting firm with extensive experience and skills in the development of comprehensive plans, community visioning services, and establishing processes to maintain and update comprehensive plans. Questions Due Date: Sep 27th 2022, 4:00 PM CDT Questions are to be sent to purchasing@friscotexas.gov If required, security shall be submitted in the same manner as your submission. Any electronic submittals will require the vendor to provide the original hard copy within three (3) business days of the notification of intent to award. Any submittal without bond or cashiers/certified check, where required, shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Performance and/or payment bonds, when required, shall be submitted to the City, prior to commencement of any work pursuant to the agreement provisions. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submission, to waive formalities, or to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
