Renovation of a municipal facility in Melbourne, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Per the owner, as of January 13, 2025, this project was not funded. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ................. Izard County, Arkansas, is interested in acquiring the services of an architect to provide the necessary services for renovations at the historic courthouse to include, but not be limited to the courtroom and HVAC system. The project will be funded by funds from the American Rescue Plan and other possible sources. Procedures for selection of an architect will be in accordance with procurement requirements of State Law. Izard County is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
