This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener ("the City") to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Park Improvements - Alpine Park, Shoemaker Park, Vanier Park and Traynor Park, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City is looking to partner with a Contractor that is interested, qualified, and capable to act as the general contractor to engage in the construction of multiple park improvement projects concurrently at various locations in Kitchener. - Alpine Park, 175 Kingswood Drive, Kitchener, Ontario - Shoemaker Greenway Park, 30 Kehl Street, Kitchener, Ontario - Vanier Park, 329 Vanier Drive, Kitchener, Ontario - Traynor Park, 345 Traynor Avenue, Kitchener, Ontario The anticipated start date is Spring 2023 weather permitting, with an estimated completion date of Fall 2023.
