Renovation of a mixed-use development in Coolidge, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,800-square-foot municipal facility; and 800-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.

Notice of Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise Set-Aside (FEB 2021) Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian Economic Enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected Replace Roof SCIP Duplex Building and Storage Shed 1. Address of buildings: BIA/San Carlos Irrigation Project 13805 N. Arizona Blvd. Coolidge AZ 85128. Approximate square feet of roofing: Duplex Building 3,800 SF, storage shed 800 SF. 2. This project consists of replacing approximately 3,800 SF of roofing for SCIP's Duplex building and 800 SF of roofing for storage shed. 3. The Project will include (but not limited to) the following work for each roof: a. Provide ALL labor, equipment, and materials to install the new roof system for both buildings. b. Remove and dispose of approximately three (3) layers of existing composition shingles. Remove and dispose of existing underlayment. Inspect wood decking/sheathing for damage. Provide a price per wood sheet in the event sheathing needs replacement. c. Install new 2" drip edge and new pipe jacks. Install new synthetic underlayment or 30-lb. felt. Install new 30-year architectural shingles. Install new fascia board, soffit, and shingle mold. Fascia to be primed and painted. d. Install 5" K-style gutters on buildings. Include downspouts. e. Roof shall have positive drainage to roof drains. There shall be no standing water. f. Fabricate new copper or lead flashings to replace existing metal flashing. g. All items moved or disturbed during construction will be returned to the original location/condition. There are two roof-mounted HVAC units on the Duplex Building. The contractor is responsible for removal of all job-related debris from the premises. h. Roof shall have a thirty-year Manufacturer's NDL (no dollar Limit) warranty to be provided by roof manufacturer. The thirty-year warranty shall be the whole TOTAL SYSTEM WARRANTY, that shall consist of roofing materials, flashing, all other metal components and labor for all work. i. Work to be performed normal working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Weekend work may be authorized at no additional cost to the Government.
