The scope of services to be performed by the Consultant under a one (1) year contract includes but is not limited to performing: oPhase I and Phase II environmental services oPreparation and Implementation of Indiana Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) and application through the VRP and Indiana RISC programs oDesign and implementation of remediation systems oSite monitoring with data organization oAssisting with implementation approaches to facilitate development of environmentally stressed properties oProject management relative to environmental sites, and oCoordination with contractors and developers under contract with the Redevelopment Commission, oAny other environmental like projects that are not listed above. Consultants familiar with the Indiana State Voluntary Remediation Program are preferred. Proposals shall include: Firms past experience with similar projects Firms past experience working with similar Redevelopment Projects Proposed staffing for the work including designation of project manager Familiarity with the project and area Information concerning current overhead rate as prepared by a CPA or registered accountant or as approved by INDOT. Selection of consultant by the Redevelopment Commission is not based on competitive bidding but on the firms professional qualifications, experience and expertise of key personnel to be assigned to the project. The Redevelopment Commission reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to award all or individual projects within the scope of work to comply with available funds.
