The work to be performed will consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, supervision, labor and incidentals required to provide road and bridge construction traffic control services in all Regions in the State at various locations on an "as needed" basis through a task order award contracting process. The general scope of work requirements are provided under Attachment - 1 of this solicitation. The Proposal Guaranty Form shall be completed based on the amount of $1,000,000.00 for the work to be awarded under this solicitation. This amount is the contractual limit that may be allocated to one or more executed task orders. CDOT will fund task orders based on the specific scope of work identified in the task order. Advertisement for Bids has required as a condition of receiving the Proposals that the Principal submit with the Proposal Guaranty in an amount not less than five per cent (5%) of the Proposal, which sum it is specifically agreed is to be forfeited as Liquidated Damages in the event that the Principal defaults in his obligation as hereinafter specified, and, in pursuance of which Requirement, this Bid is made, executed and delivered. If a task order is above $150,000.00, the Contractor shall provide a performance and payment bond, and CDOT will publicly advertise for project closeout at the end of the task order period per CRS 24-91-103. The term of the master task order contract shall be for one year from the date of contract execution
