This project includes the renovation of the existing High School Learning Resource Center and adjacent spaces; including selective demolition, carpentry, casework, doors, frames, hardware, carpet, resilient flooring, painting, acoustical ceilings and associated mechanical and electrical work. There is no cost to download the drawings, however, prospective bidders must provide all requested information when completing the download process in order that they will receive proper updates. Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable Richmond-Burton Community High School District 157 in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid.The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Interior Finishes 1) Insulated gypsum board/metal stud partitions, and concrete block partitions. 2) Floor finishes of carpet and LVT. 3) Wall finishes of paint, vinyl wallcovering. 4) Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile, gypsum board soffits. 5) Plastic laminate casework, HM doors and frames, wood doors, hardware, glazing, acoustic treatment, markerboards, tackboards, signage, miscellaneous specialties. d. Mechanical Systems 1) Ventilation to include ductwork, duct insulation. 2) Temperature control system. 3. Electrical Systems 1) Interior lighting. 2) Low voltage wiring. 3) Fire alarm. F.
