Renovation of an educational facility in Harrison, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of December 22, 2022, no bids received. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** 5377324 This work includes, but is not limited to: The construction required for a school kitchen renovation project, including but not limited to selective demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, minor interior flooring patchwork, metal stud framed/gypsum soffit, roll-up countertop doors, roofing patchwork, and painting. Note, Food Service Equipment purchase/install is under separate contract from this project, however the Food Service scope of work is to be coordinated with the scope of work under this project. Contractors are NOT to ask technical design questions of the Harrison School's staff when reviewing the site. All RFI's are to be submitted in written form to IDI, Attn: Steve Boettcher (steve @ intdesigns.com), and we will review and provide written response back to contractors with all RFI's to be included on any/all addenda issued for this project.
