Specification for the 2022-2025 snowplowing bid: 1. Area to be plowed A. Entire Parking Lot Area (Front and Back) B. Driveways 2. Plowing must be completed before 7:00 am or by 2:30 pm if snow has accumulated during school hours. 3. One (1) inch of accumulation is the depth at which snow should be plowed. 4. Sanding and/or salting as necessary (Materials to be furnished by successful bidder). Should an ice storm occur, salting/sanding must occur based on the times noted above. 5. The successful bidder shall provide liability insurance including Workmen's Compensation and the School District shall be held harmless for any incidents. 6. Submit bid for the 2022-2025 (three school years) seasons. Itemize charges per school year, not by the individual plow, and note the total bid for three years. 8. The School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the School District. 9. Payments to the successful bidder will be as follows: one-half yearly bid amount payable January 15th and one-half yearly bid amount payable April 15th.
