Qimugjuk Building, Iqaluit, Nunavut, Building Condition Report. The Iqaluit GOCB was designed and constructed during 1999-2000 as a central administration building for the new territory of Nunavut. The building is 1,712 m2 over two floors. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal is underway for the services of an Architectural or Engineering firm, acting as the Prime Consultant, with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the delivery of services required for this project. The scope of work for this project is to provide a Building Condition Report and related studies for the Qimugjuk Government of Canada Building (Iqaluit GOCB), located in Iqaluit, Nunavut; as more fully described in the Terms of Reference. This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
