Renovation of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and multi-residential development.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Chaussegros-de-Léry Complex including a residential and municipal office components and located at 303 Notre-Dame Street East in Montreal. The scope of the project includes the replacement of the automatic sprinkler and parking lot lighting systems, as well as replacement of surveillance cameras at the main entrances on the ground floor and in the Complex parking. The project also includes the installation of cameras in seven complex elevators. TIMELINE: Working drawings are complete. The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction packages have been already awarded. Construction is underway. If/when new tenders are issued, it will be followed in new separate reports. Notes: - Construction package related to Replacement of the Camera System is followed in the report under the CRM ID name Replacement of the Camera System and Addition of Cellular Amplifiers in the Chaussegros-De-Léry Building at 303 Notre-Dame East, in Montréal. - The firm Télécon Inc was awarded for the installation of network sockets, of a wireless access point and setting up workstations following an invited tender 1672318/20092174.
