HMA milling, 3" or less; 710 tons HMA 9.5M-64 Surface Course; 20 s.y. concrete sidewalk; 1.8 s.y. detectable warning surface; 10 units curb piece type 'N' eco; and various other restoration items. Bidders shall be aware that the Base Bid contract is funded utilizing monies from Grants received by the Town of Clinton from the New Jersey Department of Transportation Local Aid. Bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit with either a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and such other documents and certifications as required in the Bid Package, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq. Bidders are also required to conform to all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law and the Prevailing Wage Act.
