A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bids will be received by the Brownsville Navigation District ("BND") of Cameron County, Texas for rail and related work on the "Bulk Cargo Dock Rail Improvements" project at the Port of Brownsville, Cameron County, Texas. Project Number: 01-15-29209 The site is located at the Grain Elevator facility near RL Ostos Road in Brownsville, Cameron County, Texas. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the highest bid amount is required as specified in the Bid Document. The BND Board of Commissioners HEREBY RESERVES THE RIGHT to reject any and all bids, and to select the bid deemed most advantageous to the BND.
