Site work and new construction of a civil project in Peyton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Work to be performed generally includes earthwork, concrete placement, utility installation, above-grade building construction, process piping, electrical work, and instrumentation & controls for a new water treatment plant expansion building and all incidental work required to complete the project as specified in the drawings and specifications. Qualifications of the BIDDER should include experience in below-grade concrete installation, utility installation, above-grade building construction, installation of process piping, grading, sitework, the ability to post performance and payment bonds, and ability to deliver the work in conformance with the specifications within the contract time.
