Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Crandall, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work of the project consists of a lease of lift station modifications, 0.1 MGD package wastewater treatment facility, disk filter filtration, disinfection, and all associated appurtenances for successful project completion, as described in the Specifications and shown on the Drawings. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all Registered Plan Holders. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect Scope of work shall correspond to the work described in the plans and specifications prepared by Kimley-Horn for the "Construction of the Kingsborough East Wastewater Treatment Facility 0.1 MGD Phase 1", incorporated herein by reference as if copied verbatim including any amendments thereto and related specifications referenced therein unless indicated otherwise.
