Reference Number : 1646443 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The City of Cote Saint-Luc ("City") is requesting bids for the supply of bulk road de-icing salt for the 2022-2023 winter season - beginning November 15, 2022 and ending May 31, 2023. The tender is divided into two lots: Batch no. 1 - regular salt for an approximate estimated quantity of 5,000 metric tons; Batch no. 2 - processed salt for an approximate estimated quantity of 2,000 metric tons. Bidders may bid on both lots or on one of the lots only. These quantities are estimates and are not guaranteed by the City. The actual quantities may vary upwards or downwards, depending on the needs of the City and weather conditions. The City will only pay for the quantities ordered. However, the contractor must guarantee these quantities during the term of the contract. The successful bidder must also guarantee an additional quantity of 20% at the same unit price as that listed in the Price Schedule.
