Reference number : 1645894 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-12 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Options related to this notice: This notice includes renewal options (Possibility of renewal once (2025-2026 season)) Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 The Société des establishments de plein air du Québec (the Sépaq ) wishes to retain the services of a supplier interested in providing snow removal services for roads and parking lots (the Services ) for Parc de la Chute-Montmorency ( the Establishment ) located at 2490, avenue Royale Québec (Québec) G1C 1S1. The Contract will be for a period of three (3) winter seasons, from November 16, 2022 to May 15, 2025, with a one (1) year renewal option, in accordance with the terms of the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Services will be required during the winter season, i.e. between November 16 and May 15 of each year. The estimate for the snow removal services can be found in Appendix B and the snow removal areas are illustrated in Appendix C.
