Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Casselberry, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving the City of Casselberry and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of Dew Drop Park. The project consists of: demolition, site earthwork, underground utilities, paving, concrete, hardscape, boardwalks, flagpole, signage, protective covers, irrigation, landscaping, athletic and recreational surfacing, fencing, site furnishings, playgrounds and recreational equipment, prefabricated restroom building, plumbing, electrical. The RFI deadline is Thursday, July 18 th .Please submit RFIs to comest@whartonsmith.com. Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required. M/WBE Subcontractors & Suppliers are encouraged to participate. The MBE/WBE goal for this project is 23%, LDB goal is 10% and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) is 3%. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required. All bidding subcontractors shall adhere to having all onsite personnel registered with a valid JLA Badge, per Florida Statues 1012.32, 1012.465, 1012.467 & 1012.468. All costs for new employee badging & renewals will be the sole responsibility of the bidding subcontractor.
