Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charleston, South Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
**As of December 22, 2022, this project has been canceled. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** **Per Addendum 1 the bid date is extended from 10/11/22 to 10/13/22** The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston (CHA) will receive Proposals from contractors interested in providing Concrete Repair and Replacement at Various CHA Locations. This contract is federally assisted; and will obligate the awardee not to discriminate in employment practices as mandated by the Davis-Bacon Act and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Minority and women owned business are encouraged to respond. CHA reserves the rights to retain all Proposal packages submitted and use any idea in a Proposal package regardless of whether the Proposal package is selected. The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston reserves the right to wave irregularities, to reject any/and all Proposals and re-advertise this project in accordance with any state, local and federal regulations.
