Charleston County School District (CCSD) is due to select a Vendor (contractor) to perform these services for the next year plus four option years. This solicitation invites vendors to submit their qualifications and pricing in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP): Fire and Intrusion Alarm System Maintenance and Monitoring. Submit questions by: september 30, 2022 no later than 2:00pm EST You must submit a signed copy of this form with your offer. By submitting a bid or proposal, You agree to be bound by the terms of the Solicitation. You agree to hold your offer open for a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days after the Opening date Awards will be posted at the Physical Address stated above. The award will be posted by 11/1/22. The award, solicitation, and any amendments will be posted at the following website electronically CCSD currently operates approximately 120 intrusion and fire detection systems at facilities across Charleston County (263 Buildings/122 Mobiles). Existing system type and device count lists are available if requested to Procurement Official-Raymond Jenkins. MAXIMUM CONTRACT PERIOD - Estimated November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2027 Five years (One year with the option to renew annually) Dates provided are estimates only.
