Demolition and site work for a residential development in Prophetstown, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
All work shall be completed in accordance with the intent expressed in those Instructions and in accordance with all applicable Codes, Regulations and requirements for the Work requested. Bidders will be required to provide a bid security in the form of a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and surety company or a certified check or bank draft payable to City of Prophetstown, Illinois in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price with each bid. Each Bidder, including any and all subcontractors and lower tier subcontractors, must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, sex or national origin. Contractors and any and all subcontractors, including lower tier subcontractors, will be required to pay the wages for all laborers and mechanics as determined to be prevailing in the locality by the Illinois Department of Labor. Bids may be held by City of Prophetstown, Illinois for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from date of the opening of bids prior to issuance of Notice of Award. The City of Prophetstown, Illinois reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. The City of Prophetstown is an equal opportunity employer.
