Natural Resources Canada CanmetENERGY has a requirement for the design, supply and delivery of a Compact Heat Exchanger suitable for heating inlet process supercritical-carbon dioxide with the heat from another stream of process supercritical-carbon dioxide that meets all of the design requirements specified herein. The Contractor must deliver the Electric Circulation Heater and all its related components no later than December 1, 2022.
