Warren County Stormwater Quality Improvements - FILOC Project - Phil Moore Park The project provides for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide boulder bank/toe stabilization along approximately 235 feet of the left descending bank of Drakes Creek, seeding of native herbaceous species, planting of native trees and shrubs, enhancements to an existing kayak/ canoe launch, establishment of a new 11-foot wide kayak/canoe launch, and improvements to and stabilization of the existing gravel access turnaround loop Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the lobby area outside the Judge Executive's Office.
