Site work and renovation of a civil project in Roxbury Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of the sludge and residuals and to clean the existing liner, haul the residuals from the site, remove approximately 31,000 square feet of existing high density polyethylene pond liner, furnish, install and test 31,000 square feet of new reinforced polyethylene pond liner, miscellaneous concrete rehabilitation, bypass pumping, removal of existing aluminum slide gates, and furnish and install new stainless steel slide gates, complete as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The Township will not be held responsible for contract documents purchased via courier service. Proposals shall be made on the forms provided and made part of the Contract Documents, which shall be submitted intact. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Roxbury, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of 10 percent of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the Bidder together with a Surety Consent evidencing that he can obtain the required Performance Bond. The successful Bidder shall be required to deliver to the Township an executed Performance Bond of a responsible indemnity company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Public Works Contractor Registration; P.L. 2004, Chapter 57 Business Registration of Public Contractors; Non-collusion Affidavit; Qualifications Statements; Proposals must be placed in sealed envelopes and delivered to the Township of Roxbury Finance Department, 1715 Route 46, Ledgewood, New Jersey 07852, with the proposal description and the name and address of the Bidder marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. The Township of Roxbury reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the Township.
