Repair, Furnish and Deliver New Environmental One and Gould's Sewage Pumps The Township of Mount Olive is soliciting bids for repair, furnish and delivery of new Environmental One and Gould's Sewage Pumps to integrate with its existing sewage equipment. The items in this invitation to bid are being bid as proprietary. That signifies that no alternates will be accepted or awarded in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13(d) and 5:34-9.1. All interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidder Requirements: Bidder are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
