Renovation of an educational facility in Kalispell, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of: Removing, disposing, and replacing of entire section of shingled roofing. Include ice and water shield along eaves and valleys, new drip metal, installation of starter shingles along eaves and rakes, remove, dispose and replacement of rain gutters and down spouts with heavy duty rod and bolt hangers and remove and reinstall existing heat tape. Shingles are to be green architectural with enhanced wind nailing and matching accessories. Remove, dispose of and install new gravity vent tops as needed. Remove, dispose of and install six (6) new sky lights on the TPO flat roof. Remove, dispose of and install new transition metal between shingles and TPO flat roof with new metal seal and seal with white EPDM cover strips. Work will need to be completed within 3 weeks after awarding the bid. Each bidder shall have a current Montana Public Contractor's License of the proper class, as defined and set forth in Montana Code Annotated. The project is also subject to Montana State Prevailing Wage Rate require- ments. Kalispell Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous
