The project replaces existing Courthouse, Detention Center, and Sheriff's Law Enforcement Facility. BP02A Demolition and Abatement BP02A Demolition and Abatement consists of demolition of multilevel concrete parking deck, two communication towers, 2-story brick and vinyl building (near Jones Pl), 2-story building (E.
