Site work and new construction of a civil project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the John C. Champion Restroom Installation. The Project includes the installation of a pre-manufactured restroom. The restroom has already been procured for the project. Contractor to construct concrete pad, install all utilities including water, sewer, and electrical services. Electric service will be tied into the existing City of Reno electric service. A pre-bid conference/site visit will not be held. RANGE FOR ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $135,000 - $165,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147. ANTICIPATED START DATE: On or Before November 8,2022 COMPLETION DEADLINE: December 22, 2022
