Texas Tech University ("TTU") is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified Proposers to provide preventative maintenance and repair services ("Services") for commercial food service equipment, refrigerators, freezers, and HVAC airwash systems ("Equipment"). Services will include but are not limited to preventative maintenance necessary to maintain existing and future commercial food service Equipment, all repairs necessary for broken and non-functional existing and future Equipment, as well as "best-practice" repairs deemed necessary and approved by TTU personnel. Proposer shall provide all parts, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and other items necessary to maintain all covered Equipment in prime operating condition, consistent with the manufacturer's service recommendations. The successful Proposer(s) must be able to service all makes and models of refrigerators, freezers, and commercial food service Equipment. Unless terminated earlier pursuant to the Contract terms, the Contract would automatically renew for up to four (4) one (1) year renewal terms unless either party provided written notice of its intent not to renew the Contract at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the initial or then current renewal term. The parties may negotiate and mutually agree on an alternate term.
