Renovation of a medical facility in Conway, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project is to replace mechanical equipment, sprinkler system, and roof for the Waccamaw Mental Health Center. The building was built in 1993 and is 33,326 square feet. All work will be phased as the building will remain occupied during construction. Renovation and replacement of HVAC, fire sprinkler system, and roof. Project Location: Waccamaw Mental Health Center, 164 Waccamaw Med. Park Dr, Conway, SC29526 Construction Cost Range: $2,000,000 to $2,130,000.
