Renovation of a transportation facility in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Invitation for Bids from licensed contractors will be received by the Berkeley Charleston Dorchester Rural Transportation Management Association d/b/a TriCounty Link for facility repairs at their facility located at 305 Heatley St. Moncks Corner, SC 29461. QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: 10/13/2022 03:00 PM . Removal of gravel parking lot and replaced with concrete to match. Parking lot shall be flush with building extending across to Metts St 2. Re-surface existing parking lot to ensure proper grading and elimination of cracks. Provide sealcoating on finished product. a. Re-stripe parking spaces to meet ADA requirements 3. Address grading and flooding concerns at employee entrance gate 4. Channel existing draining adjacent to automatic gate away from the gravel lot and into the road. Extend drain pipe to road. 5. Install and ensure proper drainage across maintenance building that directs water to existing drain (pictured above) utilizing channel drains 6. Fix/Repair/Replace chain-link fencing and barbed wire that has been damaged and bent. Install wheel stops along fence line with enough overhang for vehicles 7. Provide solution for repair for runoff that is causing washout under wooden privacy fence 8. Repairs to decorative fence along Heatley & Gulledge.
