INTENT On behalf of itself and its affiliates, Santa Clara County Housing Housing Authority (SCCHA) is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide architectural in support of the agency's Asset Management activities. Responses must be prepared in accordance with Article 3 of the RFQ Instructions. All requested documentation must be submitted electronically via BidSync. Documentation submitted by any other method will be rejected. Similarly, all questions and request for clarification must be submitted through BidSync. SCCHA may select one or more successful law firms to enter into one or more contracts with SCCHA or its affiliates. By submitting a proposal, the successful respondent agrees to perform the services under the standard terms and conditions outlined in SCCHA's sample contract. NOTE: Any firm that was awarded a contract or is on the shortlist under RFQ #2108-003 for Architectural and Engineering Services need not submit a new statement of qualifications to be considered for these projects.
