Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 2 annual renewals Prices good for: Not Applicable Q & A deadline: Oct 10, 2022 5:00:00 PM EDT This solicitation seeks to establish a contract to furnish and install replacement monument signs for City Park and City Entrance signs to match the original placed signs around the City on an as needed basis in accordance with the plans and solicitation requirements. The following specifications apply to the replacement signs (See Attachment A): - New Signs Must be the same size of the existing signs. - New Signs Must be the design specified in the drawings. - New Sign Colors must match existing signs. - New Sign Must be the same monument look and color per the drawings. - New Sign Must be a break-away sign : The Break-away requirement is for a vehicle impacting the sign, which will eliminates liability by the "break-away" result, meaning the sign itself will literally breaks-away from its support, minimizing the damage to the vehicle and any passenger(s). - New Sign Must have the internal sleeves and aluminum tubes (2) per drawing to be installed in the foundation and sign structure. - New Sign Must have the colored City's 'coin' logo as part of the total signage. - New Sign Must have the signs to say, "Welcome to the city of" on one side & "Thank you for visiting" on the back"
