Site work and new construction of a museum in Saint-Joseph-De-La-Rive, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,070-square-foot, one-story above grade museum; and for site work for a museum.
Reference number : 1646896 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-07 The project consists of the construction of shelters for the permanent protection of three schooners at the Musée maritime de Charlevoix, in Saint-Jospeh-de-la-Rive. The existing shelter of the schooner Saint-André will be reinforced and enlarged to protect its neighbor, the schooner Jean-Yvan. A new shelter, including foundations, will be built for the schooner Marie-Clarisse. The upgrading of the existing electrical installations on the site in anticipation of the additions required to light the existing shelter and the future schooner shelters are also part of the mandate. The refurbishment of the schooners is not part of this project.
