**As of November 02,2022, project was awarded to Vitus Construction but awarded amount is not available.** Contractor shall furnish all of the materials, equipment, and labor necessary to perform all of the Work shown on the drawings and plans described in the specifications for the project entitled: Lake Selmac Park Mallard Restroom Remodel. Contractor shall perform all Work necessary so that the Project can be legally occupied and fully used for the intended use as set forth in the Project Specifications. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted to: McKenzie Crume, Parks Coordinator, Josephine County Parks Department, 125 Ringuette Street, Grants Pass, OR 97527. This project requires the contractor to supply all expertise, personnel, equipment and materials for remodeling the existing shower and restroom building with new electrical, lighting, partitions, and fixtures, as well as relocating the existing showers to individual shower bays. Prequalification of bidders is required. Bidders may obtain a Pre-Qualification Application from Josephine County Public Works, 201 River Heights Way, Grants Pass, Oregon 97527. The class of work for which Bidders must be prequalified is Construction. Prequalification Applications must be submitted no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. This contract is for a public works project subject to prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
