Project Manager: Shazia Ahmed, P.E.; 214-670-0805 main objective of this investigation is to determine the subsurface condition and evaluate the engineering characteristics of the subsurface materials and to provide recommendations for the proposed project. The scope of this project is outlined as follows: 1. Perform drilling and sampling to explore the subsurface conditions at the site, and determine the presence of groundwater and its effect on foundation and/or basement installation. 2. Evaluate the pertinent engineering properties of the subsurface materials Engineering recommendations provided in this report are based on the information provided by the client and subsurface conditions depicted from borings PROJECT SIGN (EROSION CONTROL) This Contract requires work at more than one geographical location. A Project Sign will be required at each location of work from the period when work has started at that location until all work is complete at that location. The signs will be provided to the Contractor at no charge, however, delivery to the project site is not included and the Contractor will be required to pick the sign up when notified at Dallas Lite and Barricade, 1607 Fort Worth Avenue, Dallas, Texas, 75208. The Contractor will also be required to erect the sign at the project site and also to deliver the signs upon completion of the project site for re-use. The Contractor will be required to notify the Project Manager two (2) weeks prior to the placement of the signs. NO PAY ITEM.
